WELCOME ABOARD
The Officers and Directors of the High Iron Company, Inc. and the Western Maryland Railway, take this opportunity to wish you a sincere "Welcome Aboard" the "Blue Mountain Express." Our two day outing with steam is High Iron's fourth operation for 1970, and concludes our excursion activity for the season.
Once again we are being assisted by volunteer crewmen recruited from the various chapters of the NRHS in New Jersey and New York. Many have served with us in the past, including work on our memorable "Golden Spike Centennial Limited". The crewmen are wearing High Iron blue blazers and standard conductor's caps. One crewman is assigned to each car, and will be glad to assist you in any way.
