The Warbonnet is published quarterly. Vol 25 #4 Cover: On the Cover: Dramatic night shot of ATSF No. 75 posing at Alray tunnel on the western slope of Cajon Pass in 1964. Located above Alray on the west slope of the grade, the Alray tunnels 1 and 2 were part of the new eastbound main track and placed into service on November 1, 1913. The easternmost tunnel, No. 1, was 380 feet and located at MP 58.86X. The westernmost tunnel, No. 2, was 467.5 feet and located at MP 58.19X. Both tunnels were removed as part of BNSF's triple-tracking project on Cajon Pass in 2007.
