The Warbonnet is published quarterly. Vol 25 #3 Cover: On the ,Cover: Dramatic close-up shot of Baldwin-built 4-6-2 No. 1271 leading the Santa Fe de-Luxe on the Second District. Close inspection reveals a few chicken feathers stuck in the pilot and a cracked headlight glass. The catenary poles and wires of the Pacific Electric Monrovia-Glendora Line are visible on the north side of the Santa Fe mainline. These landmarks plus the earthen berm north of the two mainlines and the snow-capped peak of Mt. San Antonio (visible at the far left in the original photo) fix the location as just west of what is now North Palm Drive in Azusa. Howard C. Tibbitts Photo 538, Patrick Moore collection
