On Sunday, August 25, 1940, the New York Car Riders Association intends to operate another very interesting and enjoyable trolley excursion one of the latest model semi-streamlined, rubber-insulated electric railway cars of the Third Avenue Railway System. Enjoy a fast trolley ride on a very comfortable car with the companionship of brother railfans. This is the outstanding local oloctric railroad excursion of the year.
The itinerary will cover all or parts of the following electric railroad linos of the Third Avenue' Railway System in Bronx County, Now York

If sufficient interest is shown, trip may be extended to include the 149th Street Crosstown, St. Anns Avenue, and 138th Street Crosstown lines.
