17 HISTORY IS PRESERVED AS C&S #9 MOVES HOME Engine #9 ran on the Colorado & Southern narrow gauge for 53 years until 1937. After many years on exhibit, the Colorado Historical Society has moved #9 near the Georgetown Loop Railroad in Clear Creek County, Colorado where it originally ran.
18 BUILDING RGS' LIZARD HEAD STATION by Peter Barney Lizard Head Station, at the top of Lizard Head Pass on the Rio Grande Southern, was a structure with interlocking corner beams and a few windows and doors. Peter shows us how to construct this building in S scale with detailed instructions, drawings and photographs.
22 GENERAL MOTORS G-8 LOCOMOTIVE by David Steer The G-8 locomotives were purchased by Canadian National from General Motors to run on the Newfoundland Division. Railmaster has a kit for a generic G-8, and David shows how to construct it.
