30 CINCINNATI TO HOST LARGEST S SCALE LAYOUT IN THE WORLD? by Rodger Pille The History Museum, located in the renovated Union Station in Cincinnati, is building a 3500+ square foot S scale layout. The designers of the exhibit found S to be the perfect scale for their needs, big enough for spectators to see detail, yet small enough to depict a large portion of the city.

18 HOW I CREATED MY OWN ARMY TRAIN by Bill Newhouse Bill's club, the Cuyhoga S Valley Gaugers, has three portable layouts that it brings to train shows. Bill felt an Army train would be a popular addition to the layout, so he set out to build one of his own, with excellent results.

Naturally, they are planning an extra-special Fest to celebrate.
