Richard Karnes has built this freelance Westchester Connecting Line Class M-1 2-C-2 with a body style similar to the NYC P and R classes, and a wheel arrangement like the PRR P-5 electrics. The model won 1st place in the kit and conversion division of the 17th NASG Convention in New Brunswick, NJ.
