Dispatch is Published bi-monthly. Cover, The Best In Show Award went to Randy Sappo's Moon Run Station. This masterpiece included an illuminated trackplan in the CTC room on the second floor. Constructed of over 1,100 pieces, no purchased detail items were used. Randy does admit that the person looking out of the second floor window is a plastic army-man with the army details carved away.
