Our Cover: This month, on July 12, the BMWE's 39th Regular Convention opens in Vancouver, British Columbia. The whole Brotherhood focuses on the convention, and our cover symbolizes the maintenance of way craft and our BMWE organization.
The Ladies' Grand Auxiliary will convene in Vancouver at the same time.
