Railway Journal is published monthly by the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes. Vol 87 #9. OUR COVER: This assortment of maintenance of way tools and machinery was drawn especially for the JOURNAL by Max Neu-feldt. He had previously drawn pictures of other railroad equipment in this unique style. The artist lived in Clarkston. Washington when he drew our cover scene; he now resides in Santa Barbara, California.
