Rails South is published bi-monthly. Cover, The Seaboard System is diligently painting over the old familiar names and presenting its new image paint scheme to the public. These two photos show variations: the top photo shows a Seaboard Coast Line unit with the Coast Line painted over. The bottom photo shows another GP40 in full Seaboard System colors. Both photos were taken at Baldwin, Florida in December of 1983 by Jim Hunt.
