Rails Along the Schuylkill features photographs from the collection of Bruce G. Saylor, 2836 Leon Avenue, Audubon, Pennsylvania 19403. Most of them are available from Bruce. All photos in the book, unless otherwise credited, are from his collection. The authors wish to thank Bruce for his unlimited help on this book. We also wish to thank Rod Dirkes for the use of his collection and Jim Boyd, editor of Railfan & Railroad magazine for his advice. The photo by George Hamcke on P. 64 is the first of what we hope will be many photos from his extensive collection that we hope to bring you in future books.
