Grand Trunk Western Railroad Commemorates Our Nations 200th Anniversary with this 2,000 horsepower, GP-38 Locomotive, Color-designed by John Clark Albertson, a clerk, in the Railroads Employee Design Contest. Inventor Thomas A. Edison, worked on the Grand Trunk as a boy (1859-1864) and published the First Newspaper ever printed on a train.
