Pennsylvania Trolleys In Color, Volume I explores the central and northeastern areas of the Keystone State's electric railway systems, as they existed in the 1940s and 1950s. Many rare color views of trolley lines that have been abandoned for over a half century are presented here, in a manner that will show the reader through the medium of early color photography, the saga of the demise of much of Pennsylvania's broad gauge electric railway network.
