MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made and entered into this day of , 19 by The Pennsylvania Railroad Company, the Philadelphia and Camden Ferry Company, the Chicago Union Station Company and The Long Island Rail Road Company, parties of the first part, and the Baltimore and Eastern Railroad Company, party of the second part.
WHEREAS, The Pennsylvania Railroad Company has adopted a plan and has established a Relief Department for the benefit of its officers and employes, a copy of which plan is hereto annexed and marked Exhibit "A;" and
