COVER: The four-issue run of bridge-themed North Western Lines C&NW covers comes to an end with artist Gil Reid's interpretation of M&StL a 'Puddlejumper" making the familiar station Step at Marshalltown, Iowa in the 1940s- GE-28 is depicted in its original Pullman green livery with the familiar yellow visibility stripes added later by the M&StL- Gene Green's account of the cars begins on page 26.
