To the isolated reader ready and quick to protest this perceived violation of theme or something or other, this author says only that it could be worse. There are, after all, trains which run in farther away places. For but two examples, Conrail runs right past the Three Mile Island nuclear power plant, and the Moscow-to-Khmelnitsky railroad line runs within view of the nuclear power plant in Chernobyl, Ukraine. And your author, it goes without saying, has interests in both these railroad lines, as well as both those places.
