Published Quarterly. Front cover: Top right - the 1969 Society AGM. Jack Buckler's Railway with loco `Alan George'; Jack is on the left-hand side (Ron Redman). Top left - the 1984 AGM, and a special on the Lincs. Coast Light Railway (Ron Redman). Lower - a sad loss in 1962 was the closure of the Penrhyn Quarry main line from Port Penrhyn to the slate quarries at Bethesda. On March 31 1959, Hunslet 0-4-0ST `Linda' is about to leave the port with a train of empties for the quarry. The loco survives today in much modified form on the Festiniog Railway (J A Peden)
