A New Era of Color128
Through the use of color photography the emphasis of this volume will be on the trains of the Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Mexico (N de M) System and the locomotives powering them. The fleet will be observed in the many varied regions and operations of the railroad: From heavy main lines controlled by Centralized Traffic Control to narrow gauge branch lines serving remote areas; fast intercity passenger service to slow mixed trains; heavy high horsepower units to small and light weight export models. A diversity of builders and models, purchased new and secondhand, in steam, diesel, and electric - N de M had it all!
All pictures are of the actual item. There may be reflection from the lights in some photos. We try to take photos of any damage.
