This volume is a sequel to the initial one on Devon and contains a further selection of illustrations that form a pictorial tribute to steam in the county from 1939 to the end of steam working in the mid 1960's. Due prominence is given to the steep banks on the main line, such as Rattery, Dainton and Hemerdon-for which South Devon was so celebrated-but branch lines are also well represented.
All pictures are of the actual item. There may be reflection from the lights in some photos. We try to take photos of any damage.
