Cover All four models on this month's cover are scratch-built. The O gauge Baldwin-Westinghouse juice jack was built by Lyndon Y. Shaw of Reading, Pa. Both Consolidations in the middle photo were built from Thornburgh articles, but one is O gauge, the other HO. Harold H. Shimming of Albuquerque, N. M., built the (upper) 1/4" scale job, and the HO loco is the work of Ralph S. Colt, Rochester, N. Y. That little beauty in the lower photo is an HOn3 model of one of D&RGW's 2-8-0's, and is the work of John Carruthers, Kankakee, Ill.
