Some folks stop counting after their 39th birthday but we're mighty proud to be 125 years old.
With so many things going on today to make the Long Island the Nation's best (as well as its busiest) passenger railroad, there's little time - and less inclination - to look back. Our eyes are on the future, and the vista there makes mighty good looking.But a century and a quarter is a rather rare milepost in any company's history. So perhaps there's justification for taking a few minutes' time out for a quick glance at what's gone before.
