This issue is devoted almost exclusively to news about the 28th Regular and 14th Quadrennial Convention. The following pages report on International President Kilroy's keynote address; focus on labor and political leaders who attended the Convention; explore programs adopted by delegates; contain a report on the Carmen's Division Convention; and feature biographical sketches of the leadership team elected to carry the union into the '90s.
