Entitled "Industry-With a Southern Accent," it is, in effect, a "how-to-do-it" guide for use by communities seeking to attract industry. Graphically portrayed are many of the factors which industry leaders consider when searching for new plant locations and some of the basic things which communities can do to improve their chances of attracting industry.
"Industry-With a Southern Accent" runs 281/2 minutes and is in color. It is narrated by nationally known news commentator, Harry K. Smith, and was filmed at numerous points throughout the South by its producer, Georgetown Productions, Inc., of Washington, D. C.
