Originally published in 1977 and based on the pre-1974 county boundaries, seven Amendment Lists have been issued between October 1978 and November 2006. This list covers all changes noted in 14EL (correct to January 1st, 2006) and amendments, from Amendment List No. 1 to Amendment List No. 4 inclusive. This list also incorporates:

--historical data and references from publications identified under individual entries. Minor references and photographic sources are quoted when a comprehensive published history is lacking.

--descriptive data from operators web sites, each of which are identified.
