INTRODUCTION
The Budd Company, a prominent industrial enterprise with annual sales volume exceeding 1 billion dollars is entering its second half-century of progress in the pioneering and construction of passenger cars, entirely of stainless-steel, with great strength and matching quality - primarily due to the SHOTWELD process. In tribute to the Company, most of the original cars are still in service both in the U.S.A. and World-wide.
Our original Illustrated History of The Budd Company Railway Passenger Cars was so popular, and with the later acquisition of over 300 new quality builders photographs, that we developed this new book --- a tribute to BUDD on its Railway Car Division's Fiftieth Anniversary in 1981.

All pictures are of the actual item.  There may be reflection from the lights in some photos.   We try to take photos of any damage.    If this is a railroad item, this material is obsolete and no longer in use by the railroad.  Please email with questions.
