HIS PAMPHLET is the second in a new series of publications intended to illuminate historic places in Minnesota. Issued by the Minnesota Historical Society as a part of Minnesota's Natural Resources Program, this booklet is addressed to the growing band of young and old adventurers who enjoy seeking out the byways of history.
The first pamphlet in the series dealt in detail with The Story of Fort Snelling, the birthplace of Minnesota, and this the second fittingly suggests a tour of some remaining landmarks in the state's two principal cities, both of which were founded by, settlers from the old fort.
