Auch wenn die Geschichte auf den ersten Bhck keine Besonderheiten aufweist, konnten wir doch eine Fiille an interessantem Material zusammentragen. Immerhin verkehrte hier einerseits die letzte Bremer Pferdebahn, andererseits war die Linie 2 aber auch das erste Einsatzgebiet der modernen Niederflurwagen, die auf dieser Linie seit 1994 zu finden sind.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv style=\"text-align:left\"\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-family:Calibri;font-size:1.0em;color:#000000;font-weight:normal;font-style:normal;text-decoration:none;\"\u003eWenig bekannt ist die Hauptwerkstatt an der Hansestralge, in der bis 1959 Strafgenbahnen gewartet und sogar gebaut wurden. Aus Platzgriinden baute man in den fiinfziger Jahren den noch heute vorhandenen neuen Komplex am Flughafendamm. Wir werden diesem Wagentyp, der mittlerweile am Ende seiner Karriere steht, einen Artikel widmen.
