PREFACE
This report, like its predecessor, "Creative Railroad Real Estate Development," (RSMA July 1965), is the dialogue of a two-day seminar which had as its aim the exploration of ways by which railroad real estate programs could he made more profitable. Messrs. Baffin, Kinzel, and Wolfe developed the discussion outline for the seminar, and sat as a panel during its meeting. Mr. Bailin was Chairman of the panel and Moderator of the seminar. The publication is a tribute to the unselfish efforts of these men and the participants in the seminar which generated the dialogue reported.
