This is the second volume covering small, non-steam locomotives. Our first volume covering Atlas, Brookville, Lakewood, Milwaukee and Plymouth has been well received, and much new information on these builders has come to light and we will continue to share it in Short & Narrow Rails. Already, we have enough material to do a complete book on Davenport alone; thanks to the research of Alton Underwood.
