And, to a large extent, no other group of passenger cars had quite the same drama, frustrations, and mystery of these. Personally pushed by C\u0026amp;O Board Chairman Robert R. Young, the railroad intended to' operate a passenger service second to none, and to set an example for the rest of the railroad industry to follow.
