Join us now in Volume 2 for the continuation of the steelmaking process from molten iron. We will visit the basic oxygen furnace (BOF), open hearth electric furnace, and iron foundry. We'll examine the processes needed to purify iron and the
necessary steps to make steel. Along the way, we will visit the ingot mould facility and witness the extreme temperature needed to shape and strengthen the metal into usable forms.
