This is N SCALE
You can enjoy model railroading in many ways. If your work involves dealing with people all day, you may be looking for solitude at the end of it. You can pursue this hobby at home by building a layout or module either by yourself or with family members. If you want to be with people in your leisure time, you can join a club or a national association.
Model railroaders choose a particular scale for many reasons. Some are practical considerations, like the space available for a layout. The small size of N scale models is a real selling point for many. Others without space restrictions still select N scale simply because they like it. Or they want to build a more realistic layout where the scenery dominates the trains, as in real life.
