FOREWORD
The first volume of Abstracts of Supreme Court Decisions Interpreting the Interstate Commerce Act covered important decisions through June, 1953. It was first published by the Association in 1954, with a second printing in 1956 and a third in 1964. A Supplement covering the three terms beginning in October, 1953, was published in 1956.
This volume contains abstracts of important decisions between October, 1953, and June, 1964, and includes the decisions abstracted by Walter J. Myskowski in the 1956 Supplement. The form of the abstracts, style of citation, arrangement of cases, and index are generally the same as in Volume I.
The abstracts of decisions between 1956 and 1964 are the work of James M. Henderson of LaRoe, Winn and Moerman, and James F. Bromley of Macleay, Lynch, Bernhard and Gregg, to whom the Association is indebted.
