FOREWORD
In compiling this Catalogue we have endeavored to place before the trade a work that would not only give full information and dimensions of our product, together with list prices, but also one that would serve, in a measure, as a handbook on POWER TRANSMISSION APPLIANCES.
The tables of data and formulae contained herein will, we hope, tend to assist all users of power in determining proper sizes, styles and designs of appliances best suited to their individual needs.
The Catalogue itself has been numbered 70 from the fact that it narks the seventieth anniversary of our organization for the manufacture of this one line of products exclusively.
The knowledge gained by these long years of practical experience is strongly reflected in our product, in the manufacture of which we are today maintaining the sane high standards established by us more than three score years ago.
All pictures are of the actual item. There may be reflection from the lights in some photos. We try to take photos of any damage. If this is a railroad item, this material is obsolete and no longer in use by the railroad. Please email with questions. Publishers of Train Shed Cyclopedias and Stephans Railroad Directories.
