In the present circumstances it has not been possible to arrange for a revised edition of this Catalogue to be printed, but the sustained public demand has been met by the present photo-lithographic reprint.
The process of reproduction employed does not permit of any substantial alteration to the text and it should be noted that the objects described under Catalogue Nos. 61, 75, 89, 147, and 206 have now been withdrawn from the Museum Collection.
An Addendum on page10 lists a number of the more important accessions to the Collection since the Catalogue was first published.
