This book contains a consolidated, condensed collection of newspaper items, principally pertaining to early railroads built in Colorado, from the date of the Union Pacific's first entry, June 19, 1867, to the date of the completion of the Denver and Rio Grande to Pueblo, June 19, 1872. Many items of general interest occurring during that period are included.
