Go back to the beginnings of the EL, when the Erie and Lackawanna joined their fleets of diesels together to form a unified fleet. This varied collection of locomotives was gradually repainted, after being tastefully given an E-L decal, and supplemented by new second generation Alcos, GEs, and EMDs. All lavishly illustrated in over 250 color photos.
