About this book...
This is the first of two volumes in our Quarterly Series of books dealing with C&O operations in and around Cincinnati. This volume explains operations from the earliest times up to 1912. It includes information on the famous Ohio River Bridge which connected the C&O's initial terminal at Covington, Ky. with the Queen City. Early photos, maps, and other illustrations show these operations in detail. The second volume will cover the period from 1912 to the present.
