It's February 1968 as an eastbound freight rolls through the deep cut near West Hurley, New York on New York Central's Catskill Mountain Branch, the former Ulster & Delaware Railroad. Less than a year earlier, member J. W. Swanberg rode the branch, and he tells of his experience in this issue.
