Sample Contents: This estimate of the loading for the balance of the year 1925 is based on our test judgment, supplemented by reports from commodity committees of the Regional Advisory Boards, tarnishing estimates of anticipated loading.
Estimated June and July loading this year is shown to be less than same months of 1923 on the theory that assurance of continued adequate transportation results in not laying in of large stocks in advance of the actual necessities as was done in 1923. This tendency to carry smaller stocks, will, in our opinion, likewise cause heavier loading in the fall months this year to meet demand of that period and cause the high peaks indicated for September and October, which could be obviated to some extent by earlier shipments in anticipation of the fall needs.
